Begin this magnificent journey in your luxury vehicle departing from Bodrum. Enjoy the green landscapes of the Aegean during your two-hour drive to Ephesus, an ancient city near Selçuk in Turkey's Aegean region.
The ancient ruins you will see in the area reflect hundreds of years of history and culture, from classical Greece to the Roman Empire. Ephesus is considered one of the most magnificent open-air museums in Turkey and the world and is among the must-see areas.
During this special guided tour, as you walk along the 2,000-year-old marble streets, the city of Ephesus will come to life before your eyes like a movie scene, and you will be amazed by the Celsius Library, the Temple of Hadrian, the Trajan Fountains, Polio, Hadrian Temples, and the Great Theater with a capacity of 24,000 spectators. You will also visit the Slope Houses, located at the foot of Mount Bulbul, opposite the Temple of Hadrian. Known as the “houses of the rich,” the Slope Houses were for important and wealthy people and contain beautiful frescoes and mosaics. After lunch, you will visit the House of the Virgin Mary, where, according to Christian belief, the Virgin Mary spent her last days.
